While Savings4Merchants Inc. takes great strides in providing the highest quality of leads to our clients, we understand that occasionally a particular lead will turn out to be insufficient or invalid to the client’s criteria. In the event of an invalid lead, we will credit the lead based off one or more of the following criteria:

Replacement leads are always completed after review at the completion of a test contract. Common replacements:

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR CREDITS:

1) WRONG STATE & ADDRESS: The property address is not in the State you checked in your criteria, either because the customer lives in a state different than the actual property being inquired, or we accidentally sent you a lead in a State you did not specify.

2) DUPLICATE LEAD: The lead shipped to you is a duplicate (you received it before). The dup period as we define is two months (60 days). We suggest you keep record of all leads provided and their respective details for at least 60 days.

3) BAD PHONE NUMBERS: The lead shipped to you contains an invalid or incomplete telephone number.

4) TECHNICAL DATA ERRORS: If we discover any incorrect entries in your query, thus causing you to receive leads not matching your query.

5) OLD LEADS: If leads are found to be more than 24 hours old from the time they were generated. (Except for Monday where Leads may be up to 72 hours old)

6) QUOTED RATES OR SPECIAL OFFERS: If the leads are claimed as generated by quoting some special rates or other incentives to the customers.

7) BOGUS LEADS: If the Lead is not a real borrower or a non-existent person.

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR CREDIT:

1) OTHER LENDER: If the customer decided to go with another lender, the returns will not be considered as valid in such a case. 2) CUSTOMER CHANGED MIND: Customer changed their mind about getting a loan or isn’t interested anymore.

3) RETURNS CLAIMED LATE: ANY lead that is returned and is more than three (3) days old.

4) CHANGE IN CRITERIA: Any lead that was delivered based on a criteria set, but lead buyer later decides this is NOT the criterion they really want. We are more than willing to change any criteria, but need a 24-hour notice of any/all changes.

5) NOT INTERESTED (although Home owner expressed interest to the telemarketer when he/she called): We understand that the telemarketer may be good at what they do, sometimes too good, but some of these refusals are buyer’s remorse, which we are not responsible for. It is our policy to contact the lead again to find out the reason behind the lack of interest, this usually clarifies the problem. We also have a recorded VOX file recording for each of these leads and these can be delivered to the client in case of dispute upon request.

Please send complete lead with detailed reason to claim for return.

* NO OTHER REASONS FOR RETURN FOR CREDIT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

We would verify the returned leads within a time period of three days after we receive them to ascertain the basis of rejection and would credit or replace the leads accordingly.

You MUST return bad leads within 72 hours of supplying the leads to you. After 72 hours leads WILL NOT replaced.

All returns to be claimed for credit or replacements have to be in line with our return policy in terms of the reasons based for return and time frame defined for claiming these returns.

We can not verify returns that are older then 3 business days as mostly we do not keep recordings for more then 3-4 business days with us.
