We can also use our client's company name for branding purposes and to let the consumer know that we are prospecting on behalf of "ABC Mortgage Company" and also
introduce them to various loan product offerings.

We generally aggregate Mortgage refinance leads through the purchase of Internet ad placement such opt-in email campaigns and e-surveys that drives traffic to a number of aggregating websites hosting forms that collect different fields of information. These prospective leads are then screened to the meet our client's criteria and placed into our outbound telemarketing for contact. Our telemarketers contact the consumer to verify that there is still an interest in our clients' service and when confirmed the call is then conference into Loan Office directly. The telemarketer will stay on the line for a period of two minutes, for quality recording purposes and all information on prospects application is available in real-time using a secure web interface available for free use on a general IP address.
