How to Make The Most of Your
time In order to manage your time successfully, having an awareness of what your goals are will help you in prioritizing your daily activities. Time is money. Managing your time gives you the opportunity to create a schedule that works for you. This personal attention gives you the flexibility to include the things that are most important to you and your organization. Write your daily task: This must be done to complete the assignment of the day. That list will help you be more productive and you will accomplish a lot more. It's easy to forget something if it is not written down. Get motivated. Create the perfect environment so that it becomes easier for you to accomplish your daily activities. This includes comfort, lighting, temperature etc...
Prioritize your tasks: Do the most
important things and the hard things first. Then you will get them out of the way and not get
sidetracked by all the little things that come up throughout the day. Review your daily list: As you finish a task, cross it off your list. This will give you a sense of accomplishment and show that you are achieving your goals. Once you have finished a task, move on to the next one from your priority list. End of the day: At the end of the day review your to-do-list and if you have not reached your daily objectives, find out the reason. Make sure you do not repeat same errors, don't procrastinate and make sure you stay focused on your daily tasks. You will soon master your time management. Andre Plessis
